about

We all know zombies as these fictitious monsters on television. Well, what if someone told you they were real, and all around us? ‘The Walking Dead’ By JClay exposes the long-time stagnation that has infected society and encourages the rise of fresh new ideas. No30 makes a fittingly spooky beat that helps JClay paint a picture of the dismal state people's minds lie in. He’s on full assault mode, coming at people and the walls they have put around themselves that stop them from achieving success.

It's easy to assume the path ahead will be difficult and therefore, overcomplicate things in your head. JClay wants to lift the veil and make people understand that it is truly as hard as you make it, and to thrive in this life you must come in with a strong mind. ‘The Walking Dead’ is another song by the artist that exemplifies his masterful wordplay, and the careful message given to the mind and soul. We can all make it through; we just gotta tell ourselves that first.

lyrics

For generations
Mankind has generated
Reneged
And re-gene-erated genes
Within the same regions
We are regenerations
Afraid to generate anew
Resume

Amazing
The dead steady raising
Keep appreciating stop appraising
Old ideas getting phased in
Happy for the day's end
Now the light seems scary
Everybody stays in
Everybody praising worshipping the killers
And think that you the devil when you show them you a healer
Yet they claim to be a realist or the realest
Won't get near us
They think we taking death away
But we are only givers
"Give us harsh criticisms cuz the decent ones the weakling ones"
Your confusing weakness for strength and you're the "thinking ones"
Blank stare
They yell life's not fair, but say that death is
All while acting like they really know, like a yes is
Bless his, heart
Is it art imitating life or life imitating art
Is it intimidating from the start or do you just start intimidating
So what you really see is your own energy emanating
I'm just ruminating

I can spot em
It's the walking dead
Stuck in wonderland
He's off with his head
I can spot em
It's the walking dead
Stuck in wonderland
He's off with his head
I can spot em
It's the walking dead
Stuck in wonderland
He's off with his head
I can spot em
It's the walking dead
Stuck in wonderland
He's off with his head

Life's about respect
But we respect the dead
What
The living gets tricked
We treat the living dead
I mean we be saying like
Rest In Peace
But ain't no blessing me
Unless I'm beyond what can be blessed
What a mess, yes indeed
Unless I'm the sick mess (achoo)
Then it's God bless you, thank you
It's like the only way to get some love
Is to perceive the painful
Level confusion again
Now the pain is pleasure, pleasure's pain
No wonder I can't get no peace
Because my thesis makes it all the same
And so we blame blame blame blame mane
And maintain maintain mane
And don't forget we guilt we guilt we shame mane
Now the dead is all among us
Growing like fungus
The solution is to love the living
What a conundrum
I'm not saying to hate the dead
Just do life instead
You are what you do
Are you making a living or making a dead
And how do you feel when you doing it
It's like you that you scared that you'll ruin it
But listening to me clearly
Being scared is what ruins it

I can spot em
It's the walking dead
Stuck in wonderland
He's off with his head
I can spot em
It's the walking dead
Stuck in wonderland
He's off with his head
I can spot em
It's the walking dead
Stuck in wonderland
He's off with his head
I can spot em
It's the walking dead
Stuck in wonderland
He's off with his head
